Common questions
Does New Space handle small orders, or only full offices?
Both. A single chair repair, two desks, or a multi-floor build-out: small requests get the same scheduling and attention, and they're how many of our longest client relationships began.
What's the difference between used and refurbished furniture?
Pre-owned furniture is sold serviceable and as-is. Refurbished furniture is rebuilt with new fabric, refinished or replaced surfaces and new components where needed, to your finish selections, and qualifying refurbished pieces carry a five-year warranty.
Can you work with our architect or general contractor?
Yes, that's normal practice for us. We coordinate drawings, schedules and site logistics with architects, GCs, property managers and cabling/data contractors on projects of every size.
